Dear Debashish , You can find this color code and pinout at one of the pages on our site : http://www.cabling-design.com/references/pinouts/10-100base_t_crossover.shtml Also, make sure that your hub or switch does not have a simple button called something like "uplink/normal" which may make your life much easier: you can just use regular cable and press that button to make hubs/switches see each other.
