Dear Emma,

Although I don't know what the listed building grade 2 means, I can imagine that it may be possible to establish a wiring closet in the building somewhere, and pull the new cables there. From that closet you'd pull a fiber optic cable (considering distances you need to cover) to the building that will house the main distribution frame (MDF). If you need Gigabit Ethernet speeds, you should specify singlemode fiber cable. Otherwise multimode will do. If you do not have rights of way between the buildings, you may also look into wireless Ethernet or free air optic links.

Sincerely,
Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
