Dear Denise,

I'm sorry, we do not have such case study: is primarily about premises and residential cabling, whereas your project will obviously employ a lot of long haul outside plant cables/equipment.

What I'd like to point out though is that your situation is not so unique these days. The telecom industry took probably the biggest hit in this economy downturn, and a lot of companies are understaffed.

Look at the bright side of it though: 3 men, 130 work days, 210 sites - it's 1 day, 6 hours and 24 minutes per site. If you don't have to fly between the sites (do you?), or pull new cables, maybe it's something doable?

Let me know if some of your sites are in Pennsylvania, Delaware or New Jersey. My company may be able to help.
