Dear Samuel,

Fiber optic is not too much different from the rest of the cabling. At the end of the day it's all material cost, labor and overhead that matters. Plus whatever your business target is. If you meant to ask about hourly rates for fiber technician, they can obviously differ from location to location, but here in PA, for example, a decent member of IBEW Union is expected to be able to handle fiber, therefore the fiber technician rate is pretty much what the union labor rate is.

Sincerely,
Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
