 internet
hello, i have a hotel with 24 room in it and if all my cables are ran to the room and terminated and are also terminated on a patch panel, can i just use my dsl router and get a 24 port hub, i think i would need to get a 24 port switch instead of of a hub so that way i can plug my dsl line into the switch and then patch cords from the switch to the patch panel to make all of the outlet work, iam not sure can you tell me how to do this please, thank you

Dear conte,
In theory your plan will work but I think if a number of users were on at the same time that the overall bandwidth of the dsl may be overwelmed deliver poor service to you guests.

Sincerely,
