Sir iam mohd khaja shamshuddin iam confused about cabling to connect 1)System to System 2)System to Modem 3)System to Router and 4)System to Switch or Hub.

Please give me a clear picture about colour coading to connect RJ45 connector through CAT5 cable.

Dear Baba,

For system to system you would need a crossover cable (typically 100BaseT)
For system to router/Hub/Switch you would use a straight through cable
For system to Modem depends for s serial modem would would need a serial cable for a DSL or Cable modem, use a straight through cable.
