where would one look on the internet to find the cost of a figure 8 cable which would be used for telephone cabling between poles. 25 Pair or 100 pair cables

Dear robert, By figure 8 I am going to assume that you are referring to "self-supporting' cable with a built in strand for support. For the actual cost you will most likely need to contact a distributor of these products such as an Anixter Bros or Graybar Electric. Anixter has a quick quote on line.
