 Slow Lan file sharing
I'm running a internet cafe having all P4 and onboard network card Intel Pro 10/100 currently running at 10MB half duplex our internet services are very fine but our local network file sharing is very slow even it takes a long time to open a shared resource on my local network a few days before everything was fine all pcs of my network were talking to each other very fast but last couple of days dont know what happened please help me.

You will need to get a local person to do the troubleshooting for you as the possible causes are endless.
