HEADQUARTERS HAS 4MBPS ADSL LINK....NEED TO CONNECT ANOTHER SITE FROM SCRATCH FOR THEM TO INTERCONNECT CARRING OUT FILE SHARING ,VIDEO CONFERENCING AND TO WORK ON SHARED DATA SPACE.ADSL LINK IS TO BE SHARED.AND ADMIN NEEDS REMOTE/WIRELESS ACCESS TO MAINTAIN.

This is outside the scope of this site. I suggest you contact the supplier of the DSL circuit for their suggestions
