 French to English socket conversion
Hi there,
I moved to live permanently in France a month ago. I would like to be able to use my British telephones and modem (without unsightly, bulky adapters), here and have brought several sockets and plenty of wire with me from England. My problem is I don't know how to wire the English sockets, which are 6 terminals, to the France Telecom service which are 8 terminals.

Can anyone help me and tell me which colour wires I should connect to which terminals.

Many thanks

Dear charlee,

Sorry, we are based in the US and do not have access to this information. A local "Radio Spares" store should be able to help you.

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
