Customer Service Policies

Satisfaction Guarantee

All of our physical items have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, send it back for an exchange or full refund, within 5 days of receipt. Your exchange or refund will not include your and our shipping charges.

Payment Options

Our Web Store processes all payments through a Shopping Cart and a Premier Business Account from Paypal. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.

We accept Credit Cards, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.

Canceling An Order

You can cancel your order for the physical items within 24 hours of its placement by sending a cancellation e-mail to info@cabling-design.com.

Orders for downloadable items can not be canceled and refunded.

Returning An Order

1. All of our physical items have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, send it back for an exchange, credit or refund, within 5 days of receipt.
2. E-mail our Customer Service Department to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Also state why you are returning the product.
3. Place the RAN on the inside and outside of the return package.
4. Send the package back to us.
5. We will adjust the amount billed to your credit card upon receipt of your returned order

Orders for downloadable items can not be canceled and refunded.

Order Status

If you have not yet received your order and think that you should have by now, please view estimated Shipping Times. If you still believe that your order is missing or delayed, please contact us within two weeks of your order's estimated delivery time. Be sure to include your shipping confirmation number or your order ID sent to you by e-mail at the time your order was shipped.

Delivery Options, Delivery Costs and Shipping Times

We ship the physical goods only to the US destinations. For shipments to other countries, please email us.

We only sell the goods that are in our inventory. Because of this, the physical items are shipped next day after the payment is received. We ship the physical items by USPS standard ground. The estimated delivery time for physical items is from 5 to 10 days.
