My employer (retailer) uses the Telxon handheld computer 960DS. We attach it to a Monarch 9490 label printer. One end is an 8 pin mini DIN and the other end looks exactly like a RJ45 but it has a metal sheath/shield for grounding. Telxon's schematics calls it an RJ41. Does anyone have any info on this? I assume it has another name, like RJ45 w/ground shield? What are some sources for this? Thanks for your input.
