Is there a combination cable made with coax and cat5 in the same cable? I am wiring 153 apts and would like to run one cable to each apt. Or any other ideas on wiring apartments will help.

Dear Carl,

There is actually number of cables produced exactly the way you want it. One of the examples would be CommScope's bundled cables, part of the UltraHome family:
(1) Quad Shield RG6 + (1) CAT5E PVC riser - UH58125
or
(1) Quad Shield RG6 + (2) CAT5E PVC riser - UH58240
