| Phone & Network cables thru the same conduit|
|Is there a problem if both, phone and network cable are pull thru the same conduit?|

Not a problem at all. Both are considered low voltage (although phone ring voltage is rather high, but temporary).
You cannot add a power cable to that mix though. That would be against the code (NEC or NFPA 70). This only applies if the NFPA 70 code is adopted in your area. If not, then it would be just a common sense to use different conduits for power and low voltage cables.
