	Requesting Color Codes
Hello, I have the color codes fpr cat 5 10 mbps. I would like to know if the color code for 100 mbps and 1000 mbps were to follow the same schme or are different. I know the cable is different for cat 6 but is it the only difference? Thank You Gord Saker

Dear Gord, The color code for all categorized 4-pair twisted pair cables is the same. So, the data speed does not matter. You can use this page for your reference. Sincerely, Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
