 Cabling Design
From where can we get information on steps to be followed for designing cable layotu for a building network. Also, from where on the Internet can we get blueprints?

Dear SS,

I would strongly recommend to start from reading resources available on this site as well as one the site of BICSI organization - http://www.bicsi.org

Blueprints on Internet sounds strange to me: the best source of blueprints (or original floor plans) would be such off-line source as the building owner or the architect. It's always better to check first with the guys who you design your system for. If you meant just drawing copying service, I still recommend to check with local Yellow Pages first: drawings are bulky and expensive to mail.

Sincerely,
Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
