| CAT5E cable limitations|
|What is the limitation in terms of distance from switch or hub to the termination point for CAT5E? Will I be able to connect a Pc which is at 300 mts distance (other building) from the switch?|

No, 300 meters is way too far. You have to stay within 100 meters (total cable and patch cords length) from a hub/switch to a workstation. You may want to consider fiber optic link to the other building, especially if there is a chance that there will be more PCs in the other building added later.
