I've a micro-controller which is used to control some switches. This micro-controller has to receive commands from a LAN card so that any pc on the network can issue commands. Pl. tell me how to connect LAN card & microcontroller or what interface is to be used to do so?
Thanx

Dear Sree,

It will be very unsafe to guess on the type of connection here, because there is a chance that this connection is not of a standard type. However, if you're pretty sure this is an Ethernet connection, you can just use cross-over cord as if you would be connecting two PCs together.

Sincerely,
