Christy,
I'm assuming this is about how to make a cross-over cable.
We don't have a step-by-step guide to making cross-over cords yet (well, mostly because I do not believe in self-made cords and always advise to buy factory-made), but if you feel comfortable with doing it yourself, you can use the pinout table from this page: http://www.cabling-design.com/references/pinouts/10-100base_t_crossover.shtml

Sincerely,
Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
