Dear Sherry,
You should be able to connect to a PC using DB9-to-DB9 serial cable provided with your Omniscanner. To download the test results, you can use Scanlink software provided with the tool. You just need to connect the serial interface of your scanner to a PC (look down the main module - there is a 9 pin socket there) Alternatively, newer versions allow you to use flash cards and ,say USB - connected flash reader.
For more detail I would suggest that you visit Microtest's website at : http://www.microtest.com/omniscanner/
Sincerely,
