Dear Stan,

Although maybe not the colors you are looking for but there is quite a few 22 & 24 AWG pair combinations at this site:
www.superioressex.com/products/premises/spec-sheet/io-crossconnect.pdf
I know the cable manufacturers have been cutting back on variation of this type of wire as use for it is falling off. If you have a large requirement, they will do a custom run for you. Check also at Mohawk, Belden, Krone, Nordx. Or even easier, contact Anixter or Graybar and see what they have as they are both National type distributors.
Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
