 wireless phone to modem
i wouldlike to ask if it is possible to use a wireless phone to connect into a modem?i already find the dialtone and terminal of the phone,when i connected it to the modem, it started dialing but the problem is that the phone unit it self wasnt dialing so for about a minute,,all i got was a bust tone so the internet connection was cut.,., my other question is,., how to disable the dialer of the prhone unit so i wontbe disconnected??thank you very much

Dear ian,

I am not sure if you are talking about a cellular or cordless phone as both are wireless. I have not seen cordless telephones that have a jack for connecting to a modem. Some cellular set do have a special cordset for doing this. You do not list the make or model of your telephone so it is impossible to help you with your problem.
