 ST Cable Colors
Is there a standard/convention for matching ST cable’s Red/Black or A/B connector to either transmit or receive?

Dear Harvey,
I did a search through the Standards as well as the BICSI TDMM and also a few FO manufacturer's web sites and could not locate any polarity or color code standards for the ST connector. There is some info on Duplex connectors such as the SC LC and MTRJ but even that does not relate to an ST connector.

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
