 use 1KM cable run to connect RJ45 device
My location has a coax cable connecting TV satellite to a bilding 1KM away. I want to connect a Ethernet RJ45 device at the same distance.

This is beyond a "standards" issue. You may want to contact a manufacturer of interface devices to see if there is anything they can recommend. One that comes to mid is Black Box. They can be found at:
