 Cross connection
I dont normally deal with phone systems. I am installing an NEC phone system in a friends shop it says to use a cross connect block. Do you just do as the term implies and cross the wiring coming from the amphenol 66 block to the cross connect block? Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Ray,

The cables from the NEC system end on one block and your station cables would normally be on a separate block. These are both cross-connection blocks which will accept a "cross-connection" (typically 1-pair) to connect them. I will see if I can locate a simple diagram and forward it to you via email.

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
