Good Day

How can I wire a cat5 to split via a rj45 keystone jack into two telephone wires(black,green,red,yellow)

Dear Jo,

The best way to do this is with an external splitter. See this url for one made by the Siemon Company, there are other equivlent units by other manufacturers as well. The equivelents for the colors you gave are as follows for the 6 pin version on the diagram for jacks 1 & 2
Black - pin 2
Green - pin 4
Red - pin 3
Yellow - pin 5
