 RJ-45 SPLITTER
Can I use a splitter on CAT 5 patch cable to connect two computers to one data source?
If it is possible how can it's possible

Dear SACHIN,

These are used to split a cable into two 2-pair segments to allow connection to 2 devices from 2 ports on a hub. It does this for either 10BaseT or 100BaseT Ethernet which only use 2 pairs (pairs 2 & 3). Pairs 1 & 4 of the second connection are re-directed to pairs 2 & 3.

These cannot be used in place of a hub or switch where two PC connections are needed from a single original port.
If you need to go to additional PCs you will need an additional hub or switch.
