Dear Sameer,

Here is the T568B color codeyou would have to adhere to.

This color scheme represents connections between the pins and the respective colored conductors of the cable. The jack will most likely have small paper stickers attached to its sides that would simply tell you which color wire to attach (punch-down most likely) to which contact terminal. If the label got lost or was not provided, you would have to use a multimeter to find the connections between the pins inside the jack and the contact terminals on the outside of the jack.

Sincerely,
Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
