 56k modem to ethernet
stupid home user question here...:-)
I have a 56k dialup connection that I'd like to connect to a netgear wireless router. is there a converter that I could use from the phone wall jack to the ethernet port on the router?

Dear Jennifer,
Not a stupid question but no, not directly. It may be possible to share the modem connection across your network via the PC it is connecting to (providing it is connected to the wireless router). Check on your PC's help for sharing peripherals.

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
