|I'm ubable to get beyond an incorrect user name/password with Verizon DSL. Too much time has been spent with their techs and looking for online support, I'm getting lost of patience for this roadblock

Sorry but we have no affiliation with Verizon and cannot help you with your problem, you need to talk to their tech support for this service.
