 Connecting incoming phone line
I have recently finished my basement and need to tie in 4 phone outlets into my phone service. I have a 66 block that the phone cos used to connect the NIC to a main trunk line within the house. I am using CAT 5 wiring.

Would it be easier to use the existing 66 block to tie in the lines or to purchase a Leviton product?

Dear Jerry,

It's six of one, 1/2 a dozen of the other. On the 66 blocks, you will have to daisy chain cross connect to the four new cables while that is done ffor you on the Leviton block

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
