Looking for a cable with RJ45 and RJ11 connectors
Hello,

Can you tell me how to connect my Leviton DSL Filter Board (with RJ45 connector) to my Actiontec DSL Gateway (with RJ11 connector)?

Thanks for your help,

Doug

Dear Doug,

I looked at this board on their web site at:

http://www.levitonvoicedata.com/catalog/BuildPage.aspx?BuildPageID=2521

and the instruction sheet

http://www.levitonvoicedata.com/support/documents/instructionsheets/47616DSx.pdf

You should be able to connect the DSL modem with an RJ-11 to RJ-11 cord (The one that came with the modem) which will fit into and center on the 8 pin jack on the board. The DSL line is typically on pair 1 of both types of jacks/configurations so a special cable is not required. If you want to verify this with Leviton-Telecom, they have a toll-free number 1-800-824-3005.

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
