What standards functionally use all four pairs besides Gigabit Ethernet 1000BaseT?

Dear Ben,

This is most common use today. 10 Gigabit is in developement. Other applications use pairs other then 2 & 3 (used for 10 & 100BaseT). The concept behind this "structured" cabling is just that, so the cable can be used with any service without change to the pinouts.
