	telephone wiring
I have connected the white w/blue to the green and the blue w/white to the red and the phone just rings but there is no dial tone and when you pick up the receiver and put it back down the phone continues to ring.

Dear Kimberly, You need to get hold of a local troubleshooter, it is not possible to diagnos your problem via this help desk. If you have a local Pennysaver (or something similar), check there for someone who installs telephone lines in residential situations Sincerely, Joseph Golan, RCDD
