i want to know..which is the best method for cabling from Io to switch.on both side of wire..how is the colour method.

Dear vishal, There are two variations of the color code for this T568A & T568B. Essentially there is no difference and both are acceptable, just pick one and be consistant throughout for ease of troubleshooting.
