 RJ45 to RJ11
I undertand the RJ45 is a LAN connection, but is there any way to connect my PC to the internet without a modem? My older PC had an RJ11 port in the back but my new one only has an RJ45. I was hoping to hear that there is a convertor I could get.

Dear Norma,

Not through that connector but modem cards are pretty cheap these days. If you have a laptop, a PCMICA version or USB might be the way to go. for a desk top, a standard peripheral or USB might do there
