Dear Thomas

If you are refering to the old "quad" cable color code, here it is

T1 - Green
R1 - Red
T2 - Black
R2 - Yellow
If you are talking about cross-connect wire
it would be:

Red/Yellow
Yellow - Tip
Red - Ring

Blue/Yellow
Yellow - Tip
Blue - Ring

Hope that helps you

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
