 Diode markings
I have diode markings that are "JX 445 CXP".
Can anyone give any information on obtaining information for this diode i.e. part numbers, characteristics?

Thanks

Dear C,

Sorry but all my resources do not have these markings show up. For what it's worth "JX" is usually a temperature or thermal rating for a Diode and CPX sometime refers to a photo type operaqtion

Sorry we couldn't be of more help

Sincerely,
Joseph Golan, RCDD
