to make a straight cable why should we a select a
orange white- orange
green white -blue
blue white -green
brown whi- brown
but we can take any any 4 pair at each side,
what is the role of twisting(rolled wire).does it affect the speed?

Dear arvind,

Follow the color code standards and this will avoid splitting of the pairs which would increase noise and cross-talk problems
