 network jacks
I wired jack to jack with cat5e cable, tested it and it tested good.When I connect the computer and router I can't get a network connection.any help greatly apreciated, thank you

Dear Duane,

I suspect that you have split pairs. It is just as importasnt for the pairs to be maintauined as it is for continuety of the individual conductors. Reterminaste the cables using the pairs and color coded as per standards.
