i want the color code by which i will connect the lan cable in the following way

one side is hub and the other side is d-link io(information outlet)

Dear anand,

The color coding for this cable should follow the T568A or T568B wiring standards. There is no electrrical difference between the two, it just a matter of preference. use the links from the top of this page for resouses|references|color codes|pin layouts to see both examples.
