i need color coading to connect a peer to peer network and streight through cabling.

Dear Vijay,

please visit this page: http://www.cabling-design.com/references/pinouts/t568ab.shtml . If you use T568A pinout on one side and T568B on the other side, it will be the Ethernet crossover cord that you need for peer-to-peer connection. If you use the same pinouts (T568A or T568B) on both ends, it will be a straight-through cable.
