Dear Amit,

With exception of coax, I would say that the twisted pair and fiber are both most suitable, depending on the actual situation: required bandwidth, distances, EMI susceptibility.

Comparing the characteristics would be way beyond the scope of the helpdesk answer. Please browse this site for more info on the characteristics.

Sincerely,
Dmitri Abaimov, RCDD
